All tours are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as agreed at enquiry stage. Full payment is required 30 days before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations with 30+ days notice: full refund of deposit. Within 30 days: deposit non-refundable. Within 7 days: 50% of total tour cost non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Kosher meal packages and accessibility equipment are subject to specific lead times communicated at booking. Changes after confirmation may incur additional costs.
Elephant Tours acts as a tour operator and is not liable for events beyond our control, including weather, political events, airline cancellations, or changes in accessibility at third-party venues.
Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all tours. This must include medical cover, cancellation cover, and repatriation. Proof of insurance may be requested at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
